Student Progression Administrators (SPA)
The SPA Team have now grown to also include Vicky Leach:
The SPA’s can advise students on a wide range of pastoral topics; these include but aren’t limited to: Student Engagement, Student Support, Referrals and signposting to University Support Services, Late/Non-Submission’s & Exceptional Circumstances (EC) Cases, Advice and guidance on Academic Regulations, Exam Results & Progression, Interruptions & Withdrawals
The Faculty Office
This main administrative office deals with issues regarding programme-related matters (e.g. registration or resits) and student-facing procedures (e.g. Exceptional Circumstance Cases). The office is on the first floor of the SEE Building (room 1.07) and office staff can be contacted via the telephone number 0161 295 5000, or the email SEESchoolEnquiries@salford.ac.uk . The office is open for student drop-ins from 10:00am to 3:00pm on week days.
